Jameson Global focuses on four areas of expertise:
  • International student recruitment and retention support services on behalf of our partner private high schools, ESL centers, and universities in the USA.
  • English proficiency testing and test center management of the iTEP (international test of English proficiency) suite of exams.
  • Study abroad programs in Costa Rica.
  • Educational consulting at the secondary and post-­secondary levels.

Jim is the President & CEO of  Jameson Global & iTEP Midwest. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Turning Point Education, Inc. and Inner Circle Education Center (ICEC) – two China-focused companies. Prior to that Jim was Associate Vice President of International Affairs at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) from 2004 – 2010. During his time at UCA, he also helped found the Arkansas Confucius Institute. From 2000 – 2004 Jim was Director of Communications at UCA overseeing the University’s media relations, community relations, and marketing efforts. He has taught and worked in international education in the states of Illinois, Arkansas, and California. Jim has recruited international students or run study abroad programs for American students in 42 countries. Jim’s areas of consulting include international enrollment management, test center management, study abroad development, and development of international alumni networks.

Keri Sims, J.D.

Keri Sims serves as the Legal and Immigration Advisor for Jameson Global. She provides legal consultations to prospective students when needed, and also advises on any potential immigration or compliance issues. Keri has a background in international student development including cultural orientation, student programming and activities. She has also worked in study abroad helping both international exchange students acclimate to the USA and assisting American students prepare for their study abroad experience. Keri has a Juris Doctorate from the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Prior to that she earned a Master’s in Economic Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communication from the University of Central Arkansas. She was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 2012 and currently practices law in Little Rock, Arkansas.
